I hate to jinx myself, but I have produced excellent multi-night dinners for 3 weeks in a row.
Week 1: Beef picadillo (chopped beef spiced with apples, onions, and olives, from a cookbook of Christopher's) and Mexican rice
Week 2: Chicken curry (improvised with chicken, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, peas, and store-bought curry paste)
Week 3: Lentil, sausage, and chard stew (yummy! Recipe from Martha Rose Shulman's Ready When You Are, a fabulous cookbook). Isaac loved this, even though it was a little spicy.
Am I a domestic goddess, or what?
